The long awaited 2 CD comp "At The End of the Rope" is a very good collection of power electronics and harsh noise focused on sexual asphyxiation. It features an exclusive DEATHPILE track that was recorded just before "G.R." In my opinion it was probably one of the best "songs" DEATHPILE ever did.
David E. Williams performed keyboard duties on our track "Questions for Christina." This marked Dave and my first studio recording together as DEATHPILE and it definitely paved the way for the "G.R." CD. The song is about the real life murder of Christina Long.
"Christina Long, 13, came to Danbury CT 2 years before to live with her aunt, Shelly Rilling, because her parents had problems. At her Catholic school, the 6th-grader made good grades, led cheerleading, was an altar girl and routinely had sex with partners she met in Internet chat rooms. May 20, 2002, Christina was strangled by Saul Dos Reis, 25, a married restaurant worker. He confessed and led police to her body."

IMPORTANT NOTE: The track listing on the first few tray cards that were sent out was wrong (shown below) - the DEATHPILE track is actually #10. The subsequent copies of the CD have the correct track list. Thanks to Grey for releasing the comp.
